Julie Halpin brings 22 years of local housing knowledge and community experience to your real estate transaction. Her ability to identify the needs and wishes of her clients, educate them through this process and deliver unparalleled success is her greatest strength. For most, this is their single largest investment and she is here with the expertise to make this transition as seamless as possible!

Her Background
Julie was born in Burlingame, grew up in Foster City and has now lived in the Aragon/Baywood area of San Mateo for over 23 years. Her longevity in the community is yet another reassurance that you are working with the most knowledgeable agent in the business.
After graduating with high honors from University of California, Davis Julie returned to live on the Peninsula. Her background includes years of teaching in the Foster City–San Mateo School District. This background has honed her skills in all aspects of transaction coordination and orchestration. Julie’s negotiation and communication skills contribute to her success in building better relationships with clients and equally important- with colleagues of whom she is well respected by.
Julie is married to Peter Halpin. Together they own Halpin Construction, a reputable long standing Bay Area construction company. This is a valued resource to her real estate business, for both Sellers and Buyers!
Her Personal Life
Julie and Peter have three children. She has a wealth of knowledge that comes with parenting on the Peninsula! Julie has maintained her link to the volunteer community by coaching AYSO soccer, participating on the Foster City Little League Board, and has served as previous Site Council President, PTA Board Parliamentarian at Baywood Elementary School and National Charity League.
In her leisure time, Julie enjoys watching sports (especially baseball ) traveling and spending time with her family (and her French Bulldog, Penny.) Her attention to detail and thorough understanding of real estate’s daily dynamics will be immediately apparent!
